Calls/texts not working for 2-3 weeks

    3 weeks ago all the Lebara handsets at home started working intermittently, sometimes calls and texts went through, sometimes they didn't.

    Now for the last 2 weeks almost no texts and calls go through. We have 4 mobiles at home with Lebara and they're all experiencing the same problem, versus one handset with a different provider which works fine.

    Is Lebara just down, should I move to a different provider? What's the best thing to do here, how can I get support?

    Have you contacted customer support via web or phone
    Has your payment gone through for the month?

      Thanks for your reply. Yes payment's gone through. And I spoke to them via live chat yesterday only to hear 'there are a few issues in your area, try again in 48 hours, if the problem is still there we may 'half' refund you'
      It's frustrating that they're saying to just wait when it's already been 3 weeks of barely any service. And no confidence on when the issue will be solved, so I'm a bit lost

        Its frustrating im sure but wouldn't blame Lebara it must be that Vodafone are having network issues in your area as they own the infrastructure.
