What phone is it? Should be trackable either with Apple find my or Google's find my device

Sorry to hear that Lennie6349 it's always frustrating when your phone goes missing! As far as next steps you're going to need a new SIM to put in your temporary or replacement handset.
The quickest method would be to pick up a new Lebara SIM then go through the SIM swap process. If you need any help let us know here or give customer support a shout.
