Cant participate in prize draws

Hi, I not know why I cannot participate in fundraising efforts in draws from both of my Lebara SIMS ?

I not know why I complain my SIM is connecting with Lebara on every call for months and not the caller i dialled and my report is not receiving attention and timely reporting.

Because they cost money to use competition sms.

This is Not part of free allowance you need to top up account.
Lebara doesn't offer credit need to add credit to your account via top up feature.
A lot of people still dont understand that Lebara is hybrid pay as go. Your paying for allowances every month and nothing else.
To access things outside allowance must add credit.

So how come other providers can do this at not much more cost to the consumer, and why is somesuch not a Lebara standalone Offering?

Because Lebara doesn't do credit as in post pay it keeps costs down rather than chasing debters. That's why no direct debit option with Lebara.
If it really bothers you turn on auto top will keep credit on account but it takes money from account straight away.

Also means they dont have to pay for credit checks either on your credit profile which saves money.

I switched from another carrier to this one and only started using it yesterday, but I have no idea why I’ve already used 43GB of data.I think the data usage from my previous carrier might still be carrying over and counting
