I have never had any problems porting my number over to other networks. Usually completed in less than a day. Lebara so far waiting 2 days and cant receive messages or calls. Keep getting told to wait till midnight. They will raise a ticket with technical team but how will they even call me? Which still has not been raised. I work from home and need to receive sms messages to get access and make payments. So not been working now for 3 days. Soooo stressed out!! Tomorrow is weekend so no doubt i will have to wait till monday...then it will be wait till midnight.

Ohh please provide me with a second mobile number to contact you....REALLYYYYY!! Or family member...they work in the day. Unlike me that cant work becoz my phone cant receive sms messages to access my accounts software. But these guys completely understand!! FUMMMINGGG right now.

I have now had about 4 days of the same issues, on live chat at least once per day, for an hour or more. I have now come to the end of my tether, and tried to get a PAC code to move away from Lebara, only to get a pop up saying that the system is not ready.
My case has been escalated at least twice, refered to others many times, and the new SIM has now been in two other phones to try to get it properly assigned.
Has anyone had better luck with any other company?

I have been on live chat again today, answered the same questions as every other day, given exactly the same info, to someone else with a made up name.
I have now ordered (at their request), a new SIM which will apparently come with my proper number, and of course will work perfectly when I put it in my phone!
Watch this space, but please don't hold your breath!

Time for an update!
I received a new SIM this morning, next day as promised..
I was full of excitement when I put it in the phone, already had my number on it, just waiting to be used!
The upshot is that after two more live chats, I have now been told to wait another 24 hours for something. Strange however, is that although the phone says No Service, and internet is not live, I can now use my phone to make and receive calls and messages. Must be thankful for small mercies!
Never have had a real answer to the problem, I don't think anyone really knows what's going on, and every time you go on live chat, you have to start the whole thread again.
I will keep you posted.

Omg! My number is supposed to be porting over today from Vodafone and now I've read this I'm really stressing 😬
Did you all get it sorted in the end?
This is why I've always been afraid to switch networks despite the big savings on offer.
It's been over 5 hours since my Vodafone number went out of service, really hoping it'll get sorted today 🤞

Sadly still waiting, the final 24 hours is up, still no Internet, although I can make and receive calls, but the network is "not ready" for text messages!
I have yet to get on live chat today, part of me just can't face it! Joking apart, will give him t another hour B4 contacting them again.
I wish you luck, and hope your issues are considerably less than mine.

Oh no. That's really bad and I hope they sort it out for you soon 🤞
Must be so stressful 😫
My number actually ported over about an hour ago and seems to be OK. I don't plan on doing it again as it's quite a worrying thing to do so I hope Lebara is a good network.
Good luck getting yours sorted and hopefully that'll be the last problem you have with them 🤞
