I’ve recently joined Lebara with a 35GB plan and I have no mobile data despite changing my mobile data settings to uk.lebara.mobi - wap - wap per their instructions. I’ve got a complaint logged but don’t seem to be getting anywhere with resolving it. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the solution?

Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question 😊 Yes, I believe I did have mobile data when I first activated the SIM, but then noticed a day or two after I ported my original number over that I didn’t. Not sure if the two things are connected or whether I just didn’t realise initially. If I am to try the SIM in another phone, I assume I need to find another Lebara customer with an iPhone to test it. That could be tricky.

Just put sim in another phone that's unlocked should see if data works.

Thank you so much for you reply.
I’ve tried my SIM in another Lebara customer’s iPhone and they lost their mobile data, whereas putting their SIM in my phone gave me access to mobile data, which proved my settings were ok.
I've been in touch with Lebara again and updated them about my findings last week and they are now saying that there’s a network connectivity issue with my number and they’ve reported it to Vodafone. They said it would be fixed in a day or two. It’s day three and still nothing. Coming up to 3 weeks without mobile data now 😔

Did you do something to make it work or did it just start working on its own?

Lebara reported it to Vodafone as it was a connectivity issue, and they resolved it .
