    I have just got my Lebara sim and started the transfer of my number from old provider. I had a referal email too from a family member giving 50% off for 3 months so bought that, but it hasn't allocated to my account, instead I got a message saying thanks for purchase sim has been ordered. I dont need the sim, just the top up. Can anybody advise?
