Cannot access rewards

I've tried accessing the rewards page on multiple browsers, directly from emails, on the app and desktop. Everytime I get redirected to log in and I get stuck on the redirecting to rewards page. Is there anyway I can access the rewards?

I have same problem. Login then it asks again but now button is frozen, have to go back, and so on.

yep same here, mine been like this for months, been on chat and fobbed off with its getting sorted but still no rewards page shows.

Same. I have experienced this since being with lebara. Seems the rewards are fake or false advertising to me.

DebbieC2 I wouldn't say they're false as I have managed to use them in the past, but what seemed to be a short term problem has gone on for weeks/months now and nobody seems to have been offered a solution

I am having the exact same problem!!
It's extremely annoying, no matter what i do, it freezes on the redirecting to reward page and nothing happens.
They must know about it, but obviously don't care enough to fix it.

QueenyM, DebbieC2, AndrewN3, Peter, littleruth22 Sorry to hear that you''re having difficulties accessing Lebara Rewads. Can you provide a bit more information so that we an look into whats going on.

1. What browser or browsers are you using when you encounter this issue?
2. Are you on desktop or mobile?
3. Which Operating system are you using?
4. Are you logged in or out when clicking through to the Rewards page?

Martin used google chrome and microsoft edge, Tried both desktop and mobile, tried logged in and out. Just stops when trying to transfer you to rewards page. Not been able to get on rewards since before March contacted customer support , no help at all.
