No Carrier Signal (4G or 5G) showing even when there is a good connection

Anyone else experiencing this problem. Just switched over to Lebara. I'm using an iPhone. 4G and 5G speeds working but I never see in top right corner of screen, just the vertical bars showing signal strength. Lebara claim it's an issue with recent iPhones. I have a 16 pro. But I just can't believe this is the case and particularly all Vodafone/iphone users.

alokn71 I can certainly check with the team if this is a known issue. Have you ran a speed test while on mobile data to see if you're getting the expected 4 and 5G data speeds?

Yes, I get 4G and 5G high speeds but it doesn't show on the top right - only get vertical signal bars. Only when I hold buttons to power off, I see 4G or 5G.
