Data use

I seem to be using a lot more data with Lebara then my previous supplier EE, I'd rarely use 4gb with them but I seem to be heading towards 10gb with Lebara, has anyone else had this?

Yes i went through 5gb in two days on lebara while being connected to WiFi!! Considering leaving as this is unsustainable and I wouldn’t even use 5gb for the month with EE. When I contacted customer support they just told me to turn my mobile data off

Same here, 10GB used overnight on password protected mobile wifi router when all our devices were switched off. Lebara support dont want to know. Ive been with them for a few years and never seen this before.

It’s weird how you burn data with Lebara, I have been with most networks to many to mention, but with all those networks your data drains slowly, I have never seen data burn so quickly on Lebara

Same for me. Burned through 30GB this month - what I've used in a year in the past. Phoned customer services and so unhelpful, it's insane. Just said they'd give me 2GB as a "goodwill gesture"! No thanks, I want to know why you're burning through my data to the point where I've nothing left! Absolutely rubbish.
