When receiving a call that comes through a company my phone only rings 3 times then the call is ended, this often causes me to miss a call. Is there a setting in can alter to resolve this problem?

How to extend lebara rings before voicemail
To extend the ring time on Lebara before calls divert to voicemail, use the network's shortcode dialling command:- Open your phone’s Phone / Dialer app.
- Type the following code directly into the keypad:
**61*121*11*30#
(Note: 30 is the maximum allowed ring time in seconds. You can set it in increments of 5, such as 15, 20, 25, or 30). - Press the Call / Dial button.
- Wait for the confirmation message on your screen indicating that call forwarding/no-reply registration was successful.
