Honouring of promotion

Bought an unlimited data sim on EBay. 50% off for 3 months to run my broadband. Have been charged full price and customer service say I need to provide the original order number. Which I can’t get. Sim working fine.

Id go back to seller it doesn't sound like officially sold by lebara.
