For context, I got the £5.50ish a month for 3 months for 100GB, then it goes up to around £11.50 a month. However yesterday, I didn't have enough money to pay for the next month, so it has removed my plan entirely from the app. I have enough money for the £5.50 for the next month, but I'm unable to find and select it.

I turned on my recurring payments before midnight, but it still deactivated my SIM and isn't giving me the option to continue the plan. Now I have to choose another plan which gives me less data for around the same money.

Am I unable to get my plan back? Do I have to go for 50GB instead of 100GB for the same price now?

Additionally, I have done 2 months out of the 3 that I was promised.

If payment fails you lose your deal unfortunately as it converts to pay as you go.
If you have a good deal with lebara make sure you have payment method up to date and have enough money in account or deal is gone.

Look for another deal if you are out of contact or on a monthly-rolling contract: -
Compare the best SIM only deals which includes minutes, texts and mobile data for a monthly fee without a phone. SIM only deals are normally cheaper than a traditional mobile phone contract.
