Website "Help" link not working.

The "Help" link in the website menu is not working. Any idea how to get help otherwise?

Superuser25 I (and my family) have three numbers associated with my account. One of the other numjbers had a text message saying their Lebara plan was ending as the Direct Debit had been cancelled. This looks like a phishing attempt as all three numbers are (or should be) paid for by my bank account. So I wanted to check what payment arrangements are in place. On my profile only my number appears and the others are linked to it - but I can't access those other numbers settings.
