Use for mobile wifi

I'm intending to use my lebara sim in a mobile wifi device so that family can access the Internet while on holiday. All family users are adults. We don't need age restriction and would like to access adult content. I've tried to use the verification process through the app, however, it says it doesn't have permission to use the camera and to go to settings and allow permissions. Which settings give it permission? I've even downloaded the yoti app and allowed access to camera but lebara app still won't let the process continue. Can anyone shed some light on this, please???
