No incoming calls

Hi over the last 3 days I cannot receive incoming calls, they go straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls are fine, I have tried the usual suggestions but no good. Any ideas out there??

Dutchboy67 just to confirm, have you tried disabling your voicemail to see if that allows calls to come through?

Hi Martin, Not tried that one , trouble is the phone belongs to my Mother in Law so I have to get up to see her. I will certainly try this, many thanks

It's worth trying Dutchboy67, if the calls are going to the voicemail then it could be an issue with the voicemail kicking in to soon. Another thing to check is if there is no signal as this would also send calls directly to voicemail. Let me know the results and we can go from there.

Hi Martin, now tried the voicemail idea but unfortunately still not working, reference poor or no signal that’s not the issue as we switched her to Lebara back in March . My wife & I also switched to Lebara 2 days after mum , we haven’t had any issues. Cheers
