"You dialed an incorrect number" Unable to receive calls after porting

    Hello all,
    I have transferred my number from O2 to Lebara using a PAC code. After the switch, I was unable to receive calls. I can still make calls and it shows as my usual number but no one can call me. My husband said it goes into voice message "You dialed an incorrect number. Please check and try again" I am not sure what happened. I changed network all the time and this is the first this has happened. I tried contacting Lebara but no success.
    I am on-call at the hospital and I need my phone number for medical emergencies.
    Does anyone know what to do?

    Have you rebooted phone after port?
