Is it normal for Lebara website to sign me out?

I want to access Lebara and the Community on a daily basis but each time I have to sign in. It is not me signing myself out so it must be Lebara doing it. Other websites that I use daily allow me to stay signed in.
Why does Lebara sign me out? Is there a setting I need to tweak?
