Hi. My phone was stolen a few days ago and I've been trying to get Lebara to send me a replacement SIM. It's been a hugely frustrating process as the verification code is sent to the mobile number and if that's not with me how can I verify it? So I spoke to their customer service who asked for an alternative number to call me at. I've been waiting for more than a day and there's no call from them. So I called customer service again and was told that I'll need to wait for another 24 hours as there's some system outage that they are dealing with. Is there any other way I can get a replacement SIM? Or anything I can do to speed up this process? I've called them thrice now. Thanks for your advice.
