    My old number was supposed to port across yesterday. I am not able to take inbound calls.
    Customer service has been useless, either saying just to wait or giving me instructions that don’t make sense (turn my phone off for 4 minutes????) I’ve tried emailing the CEO and Ops director but also nothing back from them.
    Anyone had experience with this and now howI can fix? At my wits end, had this number for years and losing it will take me ages to sort out.
