Check Vodafone coverage map for your postcode. It maybe Vodafone doesn't cover your area for 5g.

Superuser25 thanks, it does cover as my other phone has vodaphone and i can see 5G. Previously i was on an old device , but now i have a new mobile with 5G but phone continues on 4g. I have checked settings as well, it shows preferred network as 5G first. Also tried texting 5G but it says keyword is invalid. Not sure what to do

            Was your phone an import?
            1. Import Status: The Narzo 90X is primarily a South Asian/Indian market release. If you are importing it to the UK, ensure it is the Global/International version. Regional versions sometimes have software locks or limited band support, though the primary 5G bands (n77/n78) are usually standard across all 5G variants of this model.

i swapped sim with iphone and it showed 4g, and my iphone sim in realme device showed 5g. So definitly a SIM related issue and device works with vodafone 5g sim. Not sure if i should request a new SIM ?
