Wi-Fi works very well, but frequently I get nothing when I don’t have WiFi. Frequently, but not all the time I get nothing on Google on 4G.

Intermittent 4G could be caused by a whole host of reasons.
I've included a couple of quick fixes that you could try, and our brilliant community may be able to offer some of their advice too.
Easiest fix - Try switching to aeroplane mode for 10 seconds, when you switch back, your phone may find a more stable 4G connection
Double check your APN settings = uk.lebara.mobi Username = WAP & Password = WAP
