Text not sending

Anyone else had an issue with texts not sending?? I can receive them and read them but just not send or reply!

I have checked everything I can from Google and Lebara help. Also, had two failed online discussions both whom said it was being fixed their end but this turned out not to be true.
Any help appreciated thanks

I have RCS turned off.

I wonder if your message centre is missing number in sms app

Thanks but checked and correct number in there.
I have tried all the fixes I can find on the internet and two failed online chats who said it would be fixed.
May have to ring and speak to someone.
