No phone signal

    Help please! I have just upgraded my IPhone 11pro to IPhone 15 pro, the Lebara SIM card has been swapped, but I don’t have a phone signal? Don’t know if this is normal/important but in settings instead of mobile service it lists “cellular service” I have tried several “fixes”, aeroplane mode on/off for 15 seconds, selecting Lebara manually instead of automatic selection, switching phone on/off, resetting, still no phone signal. I would really appreciate any assistance or advice please!

    Hey DawnW1 it sounds like you've done all the usual troubleshooting steps so I would suggest contacting customer support so they can check if something has gone wrong on the technical side. Please do report back with the outcome.

      Hi Martin, thank you very much for checking, but unfortunately in frustration I have already returned the phone to giffgaff earlier today. I was unable to make any calls on the iPhone 15, but no one seemed to be able to assist me. But now I do not know what to do going forward, as I can’t bear the thought of being in the same position again. I am hoping I will get a response from giffgaff but I very much doubt it, thanks again!
