    Bought my roaming add-on before leaving UK . Now in US can't phone out, receive calls, get emails. Contacted Lebara on a relative PC, staff tried to help but no change. Ended up topping up my payg just to use phone (at an exorbitant rate). I'm with AT&T here in US. Does my phone need setting up differently?

    Hi, I experienced same issue last week in US. and then I found there's actually a bug on their website. if you buy the roaming plan by directly clicking the US option on their website instead of typing 'united states' and clicking 'continue' button, the website will direct you to the purchas page for the EU roaming plan.
    You will need to re-buy a new roaming plan, the correct link should be this: https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/roaming/...nited%20States

            Hi Martin, seems I was wrong. Tried phoning somebody as I was leaving USA, message said I had used all of my credit. Won’t be using this add-on again and will be looking for a full refund.
