Cant send text messages (on monthly contract with unlimited sms)

Hi
We cant send text messages (on monthly contract with unlimited sms and calls)
we can make and receive calls and we can receive sms messages
we are using a nokia feature phone
any suggestion?

We have full service but get “ message sending failed “

Did some digging and message center number incorrect and missing last 2 digits , should be +447785014317
now working
