Lebara missing sim

If a user is out of the UK for over a year and their sim gets missing
Can they access sim services via email
Can they continue with whatsapp via the number?
Can they get an e-sim?
Will the number be assigned to someone else?

YetundeA1 Lebara SIMs stay valid for 90 days of non usage after which the SIM is temporarily barred. The sim will continue to stay active for a further 365 days of inactivity and only after that period will the SIM be permanently banned.
You can reactivate your SIM at any point during this 1 year period by topping up your balance or purchasing a plan from any of our channels such as the My Lebara app or the main website. This process will reset the SIM and you can then continue to use it as normal.
