reactivate sim card

I would like to reactivate my sim card after 4 months when it was unused. When I am trying to top it up, I got the message : "Sorry but your SIM has expired due to no usage and cannot be reactivated." But there was only four months!!! Please, help me

AnonymousA89 Lebara SIMs stay valid for 90days of non usage after which the SIM is temporarily barred. The sim will continue to stay active for a further 365 days of inactivity and only after that period will the SIM be permanently banned.


If it's only been 4 months something has gone wrong there and I would advise you to contact customer support so they can look into it.
