Can't receive OTPs

I've just been on web chat as I've just joined Lebara and can't receive OTPs. I was told I wouldn't be able to!
That can't be correct, can it?

I'm not aware of any restrictions JackieL1 however I'll check with the team to see if they're aware of any issues with OTP's.
