2 sims ordered same payment

Hi,
I ordered 2 sim cards via MSE. One for myself and one for my partner. I set up the my lebara app on both our phones ( different emails and passwords) but could only link my new number to my account. When trying to link my partners number to an account I set up on her phone using her email it would not link. Is this because when I ordered the sims I used my card in order to pay for each sim and have therefore become primary account holder ?. If this is the case will I have to link both the two numbers using my account? and finally can I set up the my lebara app on each of our phones using my details so we can both see what minutes, data each of us have used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I called Lebara customer service but they were not very helpful

Moreidy I would advise contacting customer support again so they can take a look at the account situation and help you get the different lines separated.

Moreidy I am undergoing the same issue. Three phone numbers under two email addresses and Libara are unable to consolidate all three. If I enter another email address, I get a 'email address already exists'. For a communication Company they are unable to deal with, what we would consider, to be very simple situations that they themselves are unable to comprehend.

Sent the above in am email, at their request, to attempt to consolidate all three numbers under one email address.
I received a reply (auto), stating that the email could not be received by them due to their inbox being full.
I will cancel all three of my accounts very soon by stopping my Direct Debit instructions. I bet they will contact me quickly to find out why!
Initially, I just wanted to upgrade one of the phones packages.
