2 sims ordered same payment

    Hi,
    I ordered 2 sim cards via MSE. One for myself and one for my partner. I set up the my lebara app on both our phones ( different emails and passwords) but could only link my new number to my account. When trying to link my partners number to an account I set up on her phone using her email it would not link. Is this because when I ordered the sims I used my card in order to pay for each sim and have therefore become primary account holder ?. If this is the case will I have to link both the two numbers using my account? and finally can I set up the my lebara app on each of our phones using my details so we can both see what minutes, data each of us have used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I called Lebara customer service but they were not very helpful

    Moreidy I would advise contacting customer support again so they can take a look at the account situation and help you get the different lines separated.
