Can anyone please give advice here. I have just joined Lebara. I plan to be in EU for a week shortly. Just noticed that Lebara has a FUP about roaming usage. The suggestion is that I can’t use the phone in EU any more than my average usage in UK . As I have no usage in UK , how will this workb

You can use up to 30gig of data while roaming in the EU.

Thanks for the reply. I have seen the tab that includes the information on your reply.

it does then go on to state that “ to safeguard against abuse if your roaming usage is greater than your usage in UK over any continuous 120 day period you will be subject to surcharge……….”etc
now my question related to being new and as such having no recorded 120 day usage in UK.

The wording is not clear as it suggests that the surcharges relate to pay and go, but than suggests similar arrangements for pay monthly ?.

can I safely just ignore this as a pay monthly and only worry about breaching my own data limit (under 30gb)
      thanks

They allow 30 gig as they advertise this all over their site.
Though if you were using all that data in 1 day there maybe questions i assume.
I was in Portugal for 5 days and used 5 gig without any issues.
