Can't send sms messages with pictures. Any help with this please.

Any help would be appreciated, phone is a samsung galaxy s21

911smark sending picture messages via SMS are not covered in the normal SMS allowance and are chargeable so you will need to top-up in order to send picture messages via SMS.
