Sim not working in France

Hi all topped up a sim in France a while back and it still doesn’t work any solution to this by anyone

DavidM13 can you confirm what kind of top-up you applied? Thanks!

I put a 30 gb pay as you go with auto top up but switched it off as it’s not working

did that the other day before my 30 days were up with somebody called olga or someone like that he said he would sort it out for me inn15/20 minutes, but it didn’t happen so I’ve lost my 30 days
