Blocked Authentication Codes

    Hi,
    My wife is on Lebara UK and uses an iPhone.
    We’re trying to recover access to her Microsoft account but verification SMS codes are not arriving. We then tried creating/recovering a Google account and Google’s verification SMS codes also failed to arrive.
    She can receive normal text messages and phone calls without any problem.
    Microsoft has confirmed the phone number is correct and that it previously received Microsoft verification codes. The issue appears to affect authentication/verification texts rather than ordinary SMS messages.
    Has anyone else on Lebara experienced problems receiving verification codes from Microsoft, Google, banks or other online services?
    If so:
    • Was there a block on your Lebara account?
    • Was A2P/authentication SMS disabled?
    • Did Lebara support have to change anything?
    We’ve spent weeks investigating this as a Microsoft problem, but the fact that both Microsoft and Google codes are not arriving makes me wonder whether this could be a Lebara issue.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

      I am also not receiving verification codes from 2 different banks and also Amazon. Lebara have sent me a test sms and have said it is the senders issue. I find that difficult to believe
