Unknown data usage

Hi, I rarely use a lot of data , normally between 100mb and 800mb per day , using Wi-Fi whenever I can but recently a 5353mbps usage has occurred, does anyone know what this could be, possibly apps downloading in background, ? Any help is appreciated

JonathanS5 I've seen some similar issues reported on the community and the advice is to contact customer support so they can investigate what's happening with your data use.
