Can't use my roaming data

    Im in France and should be able to use my data. Ive used chat and rung customer services, have changed settings and turned my phone on and off when instructed to do so. Nothing happening. In desperation I even bought some roaming data and that doesn't even work. Its not a pay as you go or esim and labara have confirmed I can use my contract data. Ive checked my phone settings against my husbands [we have the same phone] and there is nothing different to bar mine from data. Has anyone experienced this before

    JacquelineR3 I've not seen any widespread reports of your issue. It's one that you will have to pick up with customer support again.

      I’m having the same issue. Any update? I only changed to Lebara recently because of the data allowance.
