Data usage, not renewed?

My data usage is really weird. Using lots during the night when im not on my phone, and also when im using WiFi which is strange. My plan renewed today and my 5gb data is gone already, it looks like the data part didnt renew?

Stefanie definitely one to contact customer support for help with. They will be able to investigate and see whats happening.

I am having same issue - Data being used whilst I am asleep. No automatic updates so no idea what it is

Same issue…2gb used at 03.21 this morning despite having mobile data turned off and connected to WiFi and lebara can’t explain it

I have noticed that looking at my usage over night loads is being used when the phone is switched off no idea why
