Hi how do I cancel my sim subscription much appreciated in advance

AdrianM3 Cancelling your Lebara plan is simple and straightforward. If you are on one of our 30-day rolling SIM-Only plans you can cancel any time by turning off the auto-renew option.

To turn off autorenewal, simply log in to your MyLebara account via our website or through the app. On the dashboard, select your number from the dropdown and go to ‘Manage’ to choose the plan you’d like to cancel. Now simply toggle off the auto-renew button in your account.

Remember, you can use all your remaining plan allowances until the expiry date of your current plan. If you have any pay as you go credit, it can still be used up to 90 days after the plan expires. It is important to note that any remaining allowances or balance will not be carried over to the following month once your plan expires.
