No number associated with my Sim card in phone

For a week I have been in touch with Lebara to fix my connection. I have not been able to make/receive calls. I have a signal but phone says Emergency Calls Only. I get replies saying they are looking into it but no fix yet. Any ideas anyone?

My phone continues to show emergency calls only much more frequently than a call getting through. Very frustrating and thinking of leaving Lebara.

My problem I found out earlier is due to a fraudulent request to port my number to another network🤬. Up to now I have had no problem making calls. Hopefully Lebara will get my number back
