Help please. New customwr

Hi,
just ported old number over to iPhone 11. Apple ID, FaceTime, ok. However phone still holding on to new sim number, cannot edit it in phone app and iPad that was paired only recognises the new phone number so no messages.
Can anyone help please?

Hi Martin. Yes it is showing my ported number when I make a call or send a text.
it’s just on my iPhone 11 that it’s showing the Lebara sim number still. It’s preventing my iPad pairing.

Thanks GailR1 I've looked into this and you should be able to update the number yourself. If you go to Settings > Phone and Tap My Number.

To update in your Apple ID Open Settings and tap your Name/Apple Account at the top. Select Sign-in & Security. Tap Edit next to Email & Phone Numbers, then Add email or phone number > Phone number.

Follow the steps to enter and verify the new number. You can then remove your old number from this screen.

I'm new to Lebara today having left O2. Everytime I used an emoji on a text message with O2, I was charged 87p! Does Lebara charge to use emoji's on texts please?
