Network connectivity getting worse and worse

Over the last 3 months in north London the reception on my phone with lebara is getting worse to the point I can barely turn on an Internet page to look up info. It took 5 min to get to this community page! I have a samsung s21, pay monthly for 5g - 35gb data. This is now useless as the connection constantly stutters. Videos dont play, pages dont load.
The bars are pretty much at one bar most of the day despite their coverage map show "strong" where I live.
I'm switching to smarty or someone else as lebara seem to be awful now. Nothing works to make it any better.
Anyone else have the same?

Having the same issue with poor connection. Past two days my speeds are 4 mbps. Sometimes no connection at all. Can't text. Have a 30gb plan. Not in London, but not far.
