I have had nothing but trouble since moving to Lebara. The sim arrived no problem. I arranged to keep my old number which has partially happened. When I send a text through RCS it goes from the number that came with the sim. I spoke to an adviser and ordered a new sim. That was on the 7th June. It still hasn't arrived so contacted them again and they ordered me a new sim 4 days ago. It still hasn't arrived!! What's going on ??

Sorry to hear that you've had issues with your porting process MausieB. You will need to contact customer support to chase up the replacement SIM.
