Ordered another SIM and it's attached to this number?

    Hi there
    I have just ordered another SIM card which I was intending to use in my car dashcam.
    For some reason the new SIM has been linked to the SIM in my phone, so my account shows 2 billing contracts under one phone number.
    Is there any way of unlinking them so that the new SIM has its own number and can be used in my dashcam?
    Hopefully that makes sense!?? 🤣

    Hey ShaunTheDiver it's likely that the SIM has been linked to your existing account but still has it's own unique number. Are you able to pop it into a phone to test?

      Hi Martin.
      For some reason I haven't been sent a SIM for the new "contract", and I now have 2 plans running in parallel under the same number on the app.

        ShaunTheDiver in that case I would suggest contacting customer support so they can take a look at your account and see whats going on.
