    1 have 4 accounts with Lebara. Recently I was offered an additional free 5gb allowance. I have checked each of the 4 phone numbers and there is no record of the 5gb additional allowance. I have emailed Lebara to ask how I can add this and to which telephone number has it been applied to ? no reply.

    I would advise giving customer support a call or message on Live Chat so that they can take a look at your account and see whats going on Brianh.
