I've bought an add on to use in Jersey, Channel islands. I cannot phone any numbers in Jersey or uk and people cannot phone me. What's wrong

SuzanneL1 double check your roaming settings and if everything is in order there then give customer support a shout so they can investigate whats going on.

I also have this problem just bought a top up package here in Jersey and it’s not working. I’ve checked all the settings on the phone which are correct - does it take some time for the top up to be active??
