Just to let you know, since last Wednesday, I have had multiple calls from a "NO Caller ID" number.
A person tried to convince me that I needed a new SIM card because of ongoing issues (despite my saying there were no issues with my one). I was to receive a new one on Monday. I insisted on getting an email or text message from Lebara, but she kept saying it would be after the process. She pretended my Lebara account needed to be linked to my email address, and then I noticed she was changing my password.
When I hung up, she called three times, asking why I had hung up on her. She said I had to finish processing because she had blocked my SIM card and that I would not be able to make calls from Monday onwards. At the end, she was rude and told me to " offff, you go away".
I quickly ended the call, changed my email password, and, to be safe, a few other passwords as well. Today, I was in touch with Lebara customer service. I was assured by an agent that no one had called me on their behalf and that my number and account were safe. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Golden rule number 1 : if the number trying to call you,and it’s not in your contact list, you don’t answer. Let it ring out, block it and delete it from your recently called list. All the best
