Cannot send SMS

I cannot send an SMS to my husband’s Samsung phone
I can send an MMS to my daughter’s iPhone
We are all on Lebara
Why can I not send SMS messages to Samsung phones because I’ve just tried somebody else with a Samsung and it’s not sending to them either?
