No phone signal

I am in RH10 postal area & we have had no phone signal for a number of weeks now, I believe a problem exists because of birds nesting in the mast, can somebody give me an update on this issue

Why are Lebara continuing to distance themselves from any responsibility on the current outage in RG area?

Maybe its because they piggyback onto the network rather than control it? Just a thought...

FionaF5 I'm sure it is, but for a second day I sit here with no signal, and nothing from them, apologising, or offering an explanation, or any kind of expectation for resolution. You just get sent a link....and a "nothing we can do" type of attitude from the chat line. It's apparently an outage in the area.....yet vodafone users in my area have a perfect signal??

Did you look at the network status checker for the area you're having issues in AdrianW? And if so what was the result?
