eSIM

Hi,
I ordered an eSIM but when I clicked on the link to install the profile it seem to have installed a travel profile. I am moving from a physical Lebara sim to eSIM. The migration date was today but so far nothing has happened. Anyone experienced this or can offer any advice? Thanks
