Roaming data not working

    Hi I am uk customer and traveling in Italy with Samsung A23 phone. I cannot get mobile data. I have reset APN settings and network settings three times as requested by customer suppirt. I have started phone and toggled flight mode all as requested by customer support agents. I have R next to signal strength and am connected to local network as calls and mms work. Still no mobile data connection. Kebara now say there are problems with roaming data but can see no other reports of this. Any ideas?

    We have been the same. It’s just started working again.

      My mobile data has now worked intermittently during the day while walking around Venice. It seems to work on the times when I get a reasonably stabie 5G connection only but doesn't last long. Kesctgan 5G abd the mobile data connection drops. So would I be right in assuming the problem doesn't appear to be related to my phone settings.

        Just to conclude this post. I had no problems with roaming data in Verona and Bologna with the same APN settings. However one APN setting advised by Lebara online chat agent included changes to the MMS settings. Unfortunately this resulted in my phone number being ported somewhere and replaced by another customer phone number. I then received their SMS messages and I could not receive SMS messages or calls. When I sent SMS messages they arrived as from the new number. However this was resolved promptly by another Lebara online agent once I realised what was going on.
