I’m a new Lebara user having ported in this week to take advantage of the cheap deals.
I use an eSIM on an iPhone 15Pro and have WiFi calling, 5G Auto and VoLTE turned on.
During every call sick made since joining (all from home which has fibre broadband) the calls drop off either immediately or after up to a few minutes of call time. I don’t get this problem with my previous supplier (SPUSU).
A Google search suggests it is a known Lebara problem - can anyone please confirm this or suggest a solution?
Today, I’ve turned off WiFi calling, reverted to 4G, and turned off VolTE, which may fix the dropping issue but also won’t take advantage of the better quality speech that they offer.
I’d appreciate your advice before switching carriers again.
